Create your account, add your store name, address and bank details. We review new stores before they go live.
Use clear square (1:1) photos on a plain background, an accurate title, honest description, weight and price.
Pack items securely. Include the order slip and make sure weight and size match the listing.
Hand the parcel to the assigned courier and add the tracking number so the customer can follow it.
Customers can return items within 14 days. Approved returns are refunded after the item is received.
Earnings become available 14 days after an order is completed, and are paid out every Wednesday after the 10% commission.
Use natural daylight and a plain, light background. Take at least 3 photos: the whole product, a close-up, and the product in use or with its packaging. Keep photos square (1:1), sharp and without watermarks or phone numbers.
Use a clear title with the product name, size or quantity (for example, Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks 100g). Describe the material, ingredients, size, colour and how to use or store the product. Add the correct weight and dimensions so shipping can be calculated. Be honest: customers who receive what they expect rarely return it.
Use a sturdy box or bag that suits the product, wrap fragile items in bubble wrap or paper, seal liquids so they cannot leak, and keep items dry. Put the order slip inside and write the order number on the outside. Take a quick photo of the packed parcel before handing it over.
Hand the parcel to the courier within 2 working days of receiving the order. Enter the tracking number in your seller dashboard so the customer receives it automatically. Shipping charges collected from the customer are passed to you.
Illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous items, weapons, drugs, adult products and anything else listed in the Vendor Terms and Conditions. Listings that break the rules are removed, and repeated or serious breaches can lead to suspension.
