Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel an order before the seller has shipped it. Once it has shipped, you can refuse delivery or return it under our return policy.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds for card payments go back to the original card. For Cash on Delivery orders, we confirm the refund method with you when the return is approved. Timing depends on your bank.
