We deliver islandwide in Sri Lanka. International shipping is coming soon and will be announced on this page. For export or overseas enquiries, email support@evrixy.com.
Rs. 350 within Western Province and Rs. 450 to other areas. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 10,000. The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Local orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days after the seller ships. Sellers are asked to dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. Delays can happen during public holidays, bad weather or high demand.
You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use the Order Tracking page to follow your parcel.
In Sri Lanka we work with SL Post, Domex, Koombiyo and Prompt Xpress. International couriers will be added when overseas shipping launches.
Available for orders up to Rs. 10,000. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.
Please give a complete address and a phone number that is reachable. If the courier cannot reach you, they will try again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel may be returned to the seller, and the delivery charge may not be refunded.
Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
