The terms that apply when you use Evrixy.
These terms apply when you visit or buy from Evrixy (evrixy.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Evrixy is an online marketplace. Independent sellers list and sell products through the site. Evrixy provides the platform, payment processing, order tools and support. The seller is responsible for the product, its description and its quality. We work to resolve problems between buyers and sellers fairly.
You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your password secure. You must give accurate details. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated. An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order that contains a pricing error, is out of stock or appears fraudulent, and we will refund any payment made.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Card payments will be added later. Card details are handled by the payment provider. Evrixy does not store your full card number.
Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
You must not misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, post unlawful or misleading content, or interfere with other users or sellers.
The Evrixy name, logo and site design belong to Evrixy. Sellers keep the rights to their own product content and give Evrixy permission to display it on the site and in promotions.
We provide the site on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Evrixy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Sri Lankan law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction. Questions: support@evrixy.com.
