1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Evrixy Multivendor Marketplace website (evrixy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Marketplace Structure Evrixy functions as an e-commerce marketplace platform connecting independent buyers and third-party vendors/sellers. While Evrixy facilitates transactions and enforces quality via our “Verified by Evrixy (VBE)” system, individual contracts for sale are made directly between buyers and vendors.

3. User Accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Evrixy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies.

4. Products and Quality Control (VBE System) Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings. Products marked with the “Verified by Evrixy (VBE)” badge undergo physical inspection and quality verification by Evrixy prior to final dispatch to ensure authenticity and standards.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are securely processed via integrated third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayHere, PayPal).

  • Evrixy reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud.

6. Intellectual Property All logos, branding, UI designs, and content created by Evrixy belong exclusively to Evrixy Marketplace. Vendors retain ownership of their individual brand materials and product images but grant Evrixy a license to display them for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability Evrixy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, vendor product defects, or logistics delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
