How to Track Your Evrixy Order

Once a seller ships your order, you can follow it from your account or from our tracking page.

Three ways to track

1. Open the Order Tracking page and enter your order number and billing email.
2. Log in to your account and open My Orders.
3. Check the email we send when the seller adds a tracking number.

What the statuses mean

Processing means the seller is preparing your order. Shipped means it is with the courier and has a tracking number. Completed means it has been delivered.

Still waiting?

Delivery within Sri Lanka usually takes 2 to 5 working days. If it takes longer, message us on WhatsApp or email support@evrixy.com with your order number.
